Returns Policy
- For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns of hair bundles, closures/frontals or wigs.
- All wigs are tailor-made to each clients specification and therefore are final sale and non-refundable. We do all we can to ensure we provide you with your exact order specifications. However, amendments can be made where necessary. Please ensure your measurements are taken accurately.
- As our hair is 100% virgin human hair, each piece of hair is provided by a separate donor and as a result, we cannot guarantee hair colour or texture. Our hair comes in straight, wavy and curly textures and in a natural brown colour (1b and 2).
- Please note, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or colour or for delayed delivery.
- We will only offer refunds for orders that do not correspond with orders placed or if the items are defective. We will issue a full refund excluding the delivery charge, or exchange the item, if requested.
- You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of products if there are any problems with the item for a refund to be issued.
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in its original, unused and undamaged condition in order for exchange or refund to be issued.
- Requests for exchanges are dealt with on a case to case basis. Exchanges are not guaranteed and will only be offered at our discretion.
