For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns of hair bundles, closures/frontals or wigs.
All wigs are tailor-made to each clients specification and therefore are final sale and non-refundable. We do all we can to ensure we provide you with your exact order specifications. However, amendments can be made where necessary. Please ensure your measurements are taken accurately.
As our hair is 100% virgin human hair, each piece of hair is provided by a separate donor and as a result, we cannot guarantee hair colour or texture. Our hair comes in straight, wavy and curly textures and in a natural brown colour (1b and 2).
Please note, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or colour or for delayed delivery.
We will only offer refunds for orders that do not correspond with orders placed or if the items are defective. We will issue a full refund excluding the delivery charge, or exchange the item, if requested.
You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of products if there are any problems with the item for a refund to be issued.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in its original, unused and undamaged condition in order for exchange or refund to be issued.
Requests for exchanges are dealt with on a case to case basis. Exchanges are not guaranteed and will only be offered at our discretion.
